Contactless Click and Collect

1. What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a service where you can order your Statewide Home Health Care products online and collect it from our store at Bentleigh (909 Nepean Hwy, Bentleigh VIC 3204) at a time that suits you.

2. How Click & Collect works?

Step 1: Shop your products online at shhc.com.au & select 'Click & Collect' as the delivery method at the checkout.

Step 2: You will receive an email or SMS notification for collection - usually within 24 hours of placing an online order.

Step 3: Collect your order in store. Make sure you bring your invoice (on your phone is fine) and photo ID. If you wish to receive your order contactless in front of the store while in the car please let us know. 

3. Can someone pick up my order from Click & Collect for me?

Yes. Friends and family can pick up your order on your behalf. But make sure they bring in:

• A copy of the order collection/invoice. (on your phone is fine)
• A note you have written, specifying who will receive the order on your behalf. (on your phone is fine)
• Their own photo ID matches the approved collection name

4. Steps for Contactless Click & Collect

Please stay in your car when you arrive at the store and make sure you have the following details on hand before you call:

• Online order number (this is on your order confirmation email)
• The name of the person who put the order number
• Rego number of the car

Once that information is ready, please call the store and talk to a member of the team to confirm your arrival.

A member of the team will take your order out to your vehicle.

5. Is Click & Collect a FREE service?

Yes. Click & Collect is FREE.
