Once you are safely seated, you can use the Leg Lifter to reposition your legs one at a time. You won't need someone to move them for you! Your foot goes in the larger, rigid loop, and your hand and arm can slide through the flexible loop at the other end. Then you can pull your legs into place without bending over. This leg positioning aid is made of a heavy duty woven material that is 1" wide and contains a bendable metal rod. The metal keeps the Leg Lifter rigid, but also allows you to shape it to accommodate your needs.
