Price Match Guarantee Policy

We Care Price Guarantee means that if you find a leading Australian in-store or online retailer's genuine advertised lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item that is available for same-day delivery or collection, we will beat it by 5%.

How do I request a Price Match?

Simply provide proof of the advertised price of the competitor at the time of purchase for the identical product.

Once your request for price match has been verified and the product of the competitor confirmed to be in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method (and the same term, if you purchase with an Interest-Free Plan), we will gladly match the price.

What are the exclusions?

• Offers which include coupon offers, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
• Offers not available to the general public (i.e. including trade, special event, club or membership offers)
• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (knowns as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
• Pricing errors.
• Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.

FAQs

What proof do I present when requesting a price match?

Just provide proof of the current advertisement or website address of the competitor, indicating the end date of the promotion and any terms and conditions to one of our staff members or e-mail us at sales@shhc.com.au. A staff member may check the website to verify the product's lower price and availability.

Once your request for price match has been confirmed we will create an offer for you to buy the product from us at the lower price.
